GDP Contracts 6.2% with Analysts Divided Over a Recovery

U.S. gross domestic product (GDP) contracted at a 6.2% annual pace in the fourth quarter of 2008, the most since 1982, the Commerce Department said Friday. The government last month estimated the drop in fourth-quarter GDP at 3.8%. What Did The New Obama Speech About His Budget Mean to You?

I watched President Obama’s speech the other evening (last Tuesday to be exact) as many of you did. I was curious to see what changes were going to be made to the budget and I was interested in his targets for getting the economy going.
