NDS Ordered To Pay EchoStar $8.3M In Attorney Fees, Costs

NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- A federal judge has ordered NDS Group Plc (NNDS) to pay EchoStar Corp. (SATS) and sister company Dish Network Corp. (DISH) $8.3 million in attorney’s fees and additional costs in a hollow victory. NDS group is owned by NewsCorp, which is owned by Rupert Murdoch.
